The core component of the STOROJET automated small parts warehouse is a flexible, multi-level racking system that enables maximum space utilization with minimal floor space requirements. With a base grid of 1.6 x 1.2 m, the storage towers can be tailored to individual storage needs.
The towers reach heights of up to 12 meters and offer adjustable level spacing between 28 and 100 cm. High-performance lifts connect the levels vertically and, together with the robots and load carriers, ensure a fast goods-to-person flow. The AS/RS system can also be networked across buildings and expanded gradually during ongoing operations.

While your WMS handles inventory and storage locations, the STOROJET software ensures precise delivery of load carriers behind the scenes. It controls the lifts, manages robot battery levels, and oversees individual load carrier slot allocations — all fully automated.
Product management and the retrieval of specific load carriers remain fully under your system’s control. Carriers can be requested in any sequence and are delivered precisely to their designated locations.
The individual levels of the Storojet storage tower are connected by powerful high-speed lifts. With a height of up to twelve meters, they enable fast and efficient transport of the robots and load trays between the levels. The lifts operate with the highest precision and, thanks to their robust design, are reliable components of every Storojet system.
